Vaglio Torrontes, Valle de Uco, Mendoza 2023

Vaglio is made from a careful selection of 100% Torrontés grapes from high altitude vineyards located at the foothills of the Andes mountains in the spectacular wine region of Valle de Uco, in Mendoza, Argentina. This Torrontés is an aromatic and fresh expression of the variety, with interesting aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, and white flowers. Vibrant acidity, subtly creamy and with a long and mineral finish.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 12-14ºC (54-57ºF). Conservation on lees for three months to improve the structure of the wine.
