Domaine de l'Oubliée

Bourgueil, Loire Valley

Xavier Courant is a former Parisian caviste who decided to get closer to wine, and he now owns 6.4 hectares of vineyards under the name of Domaine de L'Oubliée in the commune of Saint-Patrice, Bourgueil. Xavier worked passionately to convert his entire estate to organic viticulture, also using biodynamic practices.
