Manual harvest in 15 kg crates. The grapes are then sorted on the table. Destemmed harvest. No oenological product used. Maceration for 15 days (cement tank). Natural fermentation and elevage in cement during 10 months. Unfiltered with 2 gr of So2 before bottling.
Color: Intense, bright red color
Nose: Fruity and expressive with notes of blackcurrant-like black fruit, spice and pepper notes
Palate: Elegant and silky palate with a soft tannin, and a spicy finish
Food Pairing: Cold cuts, white meat, and light red meat
