Poor and stony soils of the clay-limestone type. The vines are worked in biodynamic cultivation , under Demeter control, with full plowing of the soil and total absence of fertilizer inputs.

Vinification: Pneumatic pressing, light cold settling. No yeasting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at medium temperature.
