Josmeyer Pinot Noir
One third of the grapes have been destemmed then crushed by feet by me and my sister. After a quick fermentation, the wine has been racked and then had a maturing on fine lies in a small oak cask until its bottling mid of May.
Color: Ruby red in color.
Nose: The nose of this wine is open, fleshy and charming. It’s a pleasure to smell the flavours of red berries and black fruits.
Palate: In the mouth we find again the black fruits, the juicy character and a more complex sensation bringing by soft tannins which bring a nice and well – balanced structure.
Food Pairing: The Josmeyer Pinot Noir can match with stewed meats, game or even a beautiful, juicy and
tender red meat.
