Our idea for this cuvée: a return to the roots to create a natural bubble, without artifice, only with the sugars of the grapes. This original sparkling wine, in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, is the purest expression of its origins.

Food/wine pairing: you can drink it on its own as an aperitif or digestif. But why not try to match it with a meal of fish, poultry, or a white fruit dessert?

Ageing potential: 3 to 5 years
