Vinification and Maturing:
Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts in concrete and fiberglass vats.
Aging on fine lees for 4 to 5 months.
Beautiful crimson hue with purplish tints
Scents of acacia blossom and white-fleshed fruit and prominent green apple
Nice hints of minerality with bites of great acidity. Citrusy and pear finish
Best paired with seafood, fish, white meats with cream and dry cheese.
