Champagne Drappier Brut Nature Trop M’en Faut NV
HK$ 1,120
About the winery:
Champagne Drappier is a renowned champagne house known for its exceptional craftsmanship and unique style. With a rich history dating back to 1808, their champagnes are characterized by elegance, finesse, and a distinct expression of terroir, making them a favorite among wine enthusiasts worldwide.
The name of this wine with two distinctive personalities is a spoonerism of Fromenteau, in old French: “never enough”.
Wine Region: Champagne – France
Grape: Fromenteau (Pinot Gris)
Tasting notes: Rich, silky, and full-bodied, Fromenteau, which is very rare nowadays, produces a golden juice with hints of forgotten fruits. This champagne has a pale gold color and a fine, delicate bubble. This cuvée reveals beautiful notes of ripe mirabelle plum, and the tension of the effervescence is softened by hints of acacia honey.
