This is a Nama Genshu (unpasteurized & undiluted) sake. The gorgeous and fruity fragrance is intriguing. Aromas of Omachi is more restricted than Yamadanishiki, but with richer flavours and more distinct acidity. The crisp mineral note, layered umami flavor and refreshing bright palate showcase the unique characteristics of Junmai Ginjo. The finish is crisp and clean, which makes it difficult to put the glass down.
