The best of the brewery, this iconic sake uses “Yamadanishiki” rice from Yogawa region, which is one of the best for brewing sake; the rice is polished to 35%. It is hand-brewed (all steps from washing the rice to final bottling) and unfiltered to preserve flavours. It has the perfect balance between pure, delicate umami flavors and complex, subtle aromas of pure fruit and floral notes. Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
