Selection of old vines (50+). Fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
Maturation of 24 months in new French (70%) and American oak barrels (30%).
Color: Rich ruby red colour.
Nose: Intense and concentrated on the nose, warm and ripe, with notes of chocolate and cocoa. Notes of toasted wood, peat and coal with spicy and black fruit touches.
Palate: It is potent on the palate and shows nerve and good structure, an expression of wines from great vintages.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, lamb, stews.
