Color: A beautiful light intensity with golden green reflections
Nose: Aromas of candied orange, vanilla and spices.
Palate: Rich, balanced and stretched palate thanks to a superb acidity. The whole is long, complex and terribly greedy.

Food Pairing: Good with sushi, chicken breast in creams sauce.
